Ingredients

2 Tbsps LASCO Curry Sauce

2 Cups Medium Shrimp; cooked

2 Tbsp LASCO Vegetable oil

4 cloves Garlic; Chopped

3 Tbsps LASCO Coconut Cream Powder

4-5 Slices LASCO Pineapple Slices (reserve water)

1 Medium Onion; Chopped

3 Medium Tomatoes; cut in wedges

1 large Sweet Pepper; cut in strips
Method

Combine Curry sauce and shrimp. Allow to Marinate for 20 minutes.

Heat Oil in frying pan. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Dissolve coconut powder in ¼ cup pineapple water. Add to pan along with onions. Heat for one minute.

Fold in Shrimp and simmer for an additional two minutes. Add all remaining ingredients, heat thoroughly and serve with your choice of Lasco Pasta.
